SHIPPING AREA

  • Countries: We currently ship to France and Europe, and some of our products worldwide.
  • Future Expansion: Expansion to other delivery areas is being considered.
  • SHIPPING FEES

  • Within Europe: Delivery charged based on product weight and size
  • No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly indicated at payment.
  • ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends except in exceptional cases.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Paris).
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
  • TRANSIT TIME

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days.
  • Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
  • Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, and supply problems.
  • SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Reliable Courier Services: We ship with services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx. In some markets, we also offer delivery with Mondial Relay, Colissimo, or other relay delivery services.
  • Insured Shipments: All shipments are insured. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint. Where possible, packaging is reused to save our carbon footprint. We strive to minimize packaging as much as possible.
  • TRACKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Tracking Information: After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information, including the delivery company name and tracking number.
  • Track Your Order: You can track your order via our website. Simply enter your tracking number on our tracking portal to see the status of your order or visit your customer account.
  • Questions: Our support team is ready to help with any questions regarding the tracking of your order.
  • PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS

  • Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via contact@wild-explorer.com
  • Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.
  • RETURN POLICY

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Customized items cannot be returned.
  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described. In this case, Wild Explorer will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refund: Refunds are processed within 90 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.
  • PACKAGING

    Please note that the outer packaging of products may sometimes be damaged during transport between the manufacturer and our store. This condition does not affect the optical, mechanical, or electronic characteristics of the products in any way. Therefore, Wild Explorer will not accept returns based on damaged packaging. Only the additional packaging added by our store, if damaged during transport, may be considered for possible compensation. All our products are carefully checked before shipping.
